Daytona Dual Crate Stacker

Overview

R&R Performance Engineering have designed this stacker for its dynamic high speed packer. The high load infeed brakes accumulate two crates for entry into the stacker and strategically positioned sensors ensure the crates are correctly positioned for each lift. The stacker has the ability to stack five or six high giving flexibility for storage and transportation. The stacker runs a set of indicator lights that give the operator the status of the stacker at a glance.

A unique pawl design prevents damage to the crates by holding the base of the crate at two points. A compact design makes this one of the smallest dual stackers available on today’s market. Excellent crate alignment and crate engagement reduce the chance of crate tipping. The patented exit gates are two sliding gates. This eliminates catch points and requires less maintenance than conventional swinging gates.
