Daytona 2000 Multi-Packer
Overview
The Daytona 2000 Series Multi Packer is an automated electro-pneumatic multi size bottle or carton packing machine. The multi packer receives crates from a single lane crate infeed conveyor. Bottles or cartons are received from a single lane variable speed infeed conveyor.
Bottle type selection is achieved via a touch screen interface. The Daytona 2000 Series Multi Packer automatically adjusts pack size toolsets and pusher home positions for the desired bottle size.
The Daytona 2000 Series Multi Packer has a maximum throughput of 110 bottles per minute (dependent on bottle size).
